We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Investor Services Associate to join our team!


As an Investor Services Associate, you will be an integral part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that focuses on servicing our clients.  The primary goal is to support existing investors and financial professionals with all aspects of their investment inquiries. The position is responsible for researching and responding to incoming telephone, mail, fax and email inquiries regarding ownership registrations, investor distributions of income, investment valuations, commission payments, and other partnership and asset management topics. This position also performs duties as may be required by the various AEI Corporations, real estate Funds (Funds and DSTs).


The position operates in a partially remote capacity and requires you reside in the Greater Minneapolis- St. Paul, Minnesota area.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or 2-5 years of equivalent experience within the financial services or investment industry.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while participating in a team environment.
